Reservations on the day are accepted from 13:00 to 19:00 (please make a reservation at least 3 hours before your request).
Reservations made by e-mail or through the reservation system are tentative reservations.
Your reservation will be confirmed by the reservation completion email we will send you later.

Please note that advance payment by credit card is required to confirm your booking.
Your credit card information is processed directly through the secure, encrypted system of our payment service provider.
Your cardholder name, card number, and other card details are neither transmitted to nor stored by our company (the merchant), allowing you to use our services with confidence.
Cancellations made on the day of the reservation or at short notice may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
