ご予約の変更・キャンセルは、予約日時の前日までに必ずご連絡をお願いいたします
- 当日キャンセル、無断キャンセルは施術料金の100％をキャンセル料としてご負担いただきます
ご連絡のない場合は、次回以降のご予約をお断りさせていただく場合がございます
ご予約時間に遅れた場合、施術時間を短縮させていただく場合がございます
やむを得ない事情の際は、できるだけ柔軟に対応いたしますので早めにご連絡ください
なお、ご予約の送信をもって、キャンセルポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします
For Overseas Customers:
To secure your reservation, we require a valid and reachable phone number.
Please note that advance payment by credit card is required to confirm your booking.
Your credit card information is processed directly through the secure, encrypted system of our payment service provider.
Your cardholder name, card number, and other card details are neither transmitted to nor stored by our company (the merchant), allowing you to use our services with confidence.
Cancellations made on the day of the reservation or at short notice may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
