At our establishment, it is necessary to provide a contactable phone number at the time of booking. If a phone number cannot be provided, we will require a deposit via credit card as a guarantee.
In the event of a no-show without prior communication, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking fee as a cancellation fee.
Furthermore, a deposit is also required when attended by part-time staff.
